You must not share your login credentials with any third party. meybet will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must notify meybet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
meybet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on meybet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:
meybet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your meybet account within minutes of successful processing, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. meybet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion. meybet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any additional verification requirements.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). meybet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: meybet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. meybet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the meybet platform. Specific game rules are published within each game section and supplement these general rules.
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when meybet's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during system errors, technical faults, or connectivity interruptions may be voided at meybet's discretion. It is your responsibility to verify that your bets have been correctly registered before the relevant game or event commences.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. meybet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Limits may also be applied to individual accounts at meybet's discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, meybet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. meybet's decision in such matters is final. No claim for consequential losses arising from technical errors will be entertained.
Sports betting markets, including those covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the meybet platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meybet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the meybet platform — including but not limited to the meybet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of meybet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meybet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the meybet platform without prior written consent from meybet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, meybet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your meybet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
meybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the meybet platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether meybet had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
meybet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. meybet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. meybet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

meybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. meybet will not be liable for any losses you claim to have suffered as a result of account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
You may also choose to close your meybet account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days.
meybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the meybet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact meybet's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. meybet operates in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines, and certain disputes relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
Note on Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on meybet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer processes. meybet's determination of game outcomes is final and binding. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session.
